The massage session was very good and relaxing.. I haven't had any experience like this in chennai before. Therapist Leri was polite and kind. Her way of treatment was really good and really cleared the back pain I have been having for a lot of days. Do visit the place for a wonderful and fresh day.

Booked a 90 minute massage. Masseuse only did 45 mins and wanted extras. Absolutely not acceptable. They cannot deny I didn't come too I have the proof to show what time I came and left.

After a while, I went to willows thiruvanmiyur branch. The receptionist, Jenny was politeful in suggesting me therapies. I got massage from therapist Lakshmi. She was kind and gave a good massage which relieved my body pain. Also, the ambience was good and the rest room was clean.

Everything was good except 2 things: 1) The massage table was smelling of sweat 2) and the shower had cold water

It's a very good Professional spa. Ambience and Professionalism is really great. Pricing is high. Also they don't give any offer.

Nice place. Nice ambience and good locality. More than anything else I had an effective and genuine massage. Exactly what I was looking for.

They didn't have a shampoo .. after my head massage ..they had to go to store nearby to get a sachet and wash my hair !!!
