Not up to my expectations
- the massage started with washing my feet in a cold water foot bath
- during the massage the therapist answered a phone call
- the massage table smelled moldy, especially the hole where you place your head. There was initially no towel where the head is placed
- there was no music playing until the last 15 minutes of my 90 minute massage
- my massage felt like a mixture of various massages, not particularly a deep tissue massage
- the therapist didn't ask if there were specific areas she should focus
- the facilities were pretty depressing and gloomy. Mold on the ceiling and door of the bathroom
I went for massage but after massage I was asked to tip Rs 500. This is not a practice followed at any of the willows branches. When I refused to tip, I was told not to come to alwarpet branch anymore. This was told by therapist Angel.
Very Professional & Excellent service by therapist Angel. She is well experienced in her massage, But demanding for highest tips.
