I have been to this place twice and it was a good experience. affordable place for nice massage. Therapist rose is highly experienced and professional and really good in deep tissue massages and Gracy is good in dry massage and stretches. Must improve in bathroom cleanines and also no proper lock and latches in services rooms makes me feel there is quite a privacy issue.

Good facility with moderate comfort & ambience. Therapist who provided her service seems to be more experienced. Customer centred service was given as per my requirements and limitations. Therapist was very polite and attended to the pain spots for a greater relief. Came to know that her name is Avon. Will definitely recommend and visit in future.

Visited recently Adyar branch ,and here I want to highlight the honesty of the reception Manager . By mistake , double payment was made for the service and even not noticed Actually noticed this next day, but due to work , forgot to inform the Spa Next day .the reception Staff,( Mrs Anug, I think the name is correct) , called me and informed, " Sir, there was double payment from you , and it will be reimbursed or can be used during the next visit . I am really surprised ,and appreciate the Staff for the promptness and honesty and also praise the management for having educated the good conduct and honesty. Thank you Willows Adyar , Brach Therapist and reception are cordial and professional . The charges are premium and higher compared to the other spas around offering similar services . GENERAL SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT . Therapist (T) is kind, but they should emotionally trained to handle customers with various moods and physique. First customers (C) should allowed to relax a bit ( may be a welcome green tea is best option) . T should have a fair knowledge of common things to keep the customers engaged through formal talks . T should ask C, if they have specific requirements and focus , because many C may keep quiet and allow things as it is. Shower room can be more clean, and the used water have to drain fast to have the clean bath, Even using of bucket and mug can save lot of water .Quality of aroma oil used for therapy should definite improve C once complete therapy should fully satisfied and this satisfaction level feed back immediate , during exit to be promptly received, C should be encouraged to give the feed back both +ve , negative and improvement . May be the staff and management team can later on categorize the feed back for future improvement . Is the T welfare is taken care by the management ? Or the T given sufficient rest and inspired ? Is there is any program to monitor the well being and job satisfaction of T ?. Because they are main faces of Spa services !! Thanks

Massage was good but bath room not well

They closed at 8:30pm itself. In Google it shows close time 9pm. They will close at 8:30pm and if you go after 8pm they won't do proper Massage.

Reception and staff out to get ur money forcing extras . Horrible place ..full of rat holes. Very unclean

Good and decent place for a relaxation staff are good therapist are well trained place is well Maintained over all had a wonderful time of relaxation
