Willmount Varkala - Resort hotel in Edava - Thiruvananthapuram, India

The stay was amazing. The room and bathroom was really neat and clean. The property looked new. The view was really good. The food and service was also amazing. We need to park our vehicle around 100m away, but they will come and help us carry our luggage and guide us to the hotel. I would really recommend this place

The place was really beautiful. Calm and Serene. The view is great. The homemade food was also really yummy. The only negative I could think of, is the car parking could've been a bit closer to the property. But considering the geography of the location, it's tough too, since there are no roads leading to the property which are wide enough for cars.

Very clean spacious rooms, however no TV inside room. New property. Located on the cliff. Very beautiful views. Views are just so worth it. Price is little higher . Otherwise great property.

The property is located on the cliff and has a beautiful sea view rooms. The rooms were large and very neat. Also each room had a private terrace with sitout area where you can spend your peaceful evening with sunset along the seashore. They have rental cycle and bikes for your morning rides around the cliff. They have carrom boards and dart boards to spend time playing games. The people were very friendly over there and takes a lot care and helping the guests anytime you need. They called us before our arrival for getting you the food and arranged lunch as we checked in. This place is very calm and a great place for a weekend trip. The overall experience was fantastic.

Cozy villas near to the sea on a cliff. The thundering sounds of the waves can be heard throughout the day. They have breakfast served free. They have a menu list for lunch and dinner. Good ambiance inside the primise. Even online food can be ordered. Good and welcoming staff. We enjoyed the stay.

Great experience. The view, rooms, food everything is perfect. It's equally good for family, friends and couples. I'm so happy with the service,especially Mr. Rathul. Great place for your vacation.

The place was very interior and there was no food outlet around, more like a resort in a secluded beach. Food was not upto the mark and and very limited option and no great taste. The AC condition was very poor there was no proper cooling facility. Overall it was not a great experience staying there.

The property is located at a wonderful location and the whole exterioir vibe of the place is just amazing. The terrace vibe is also quite good. But that's where the good things end. Here comes the bad: 1. Smelly bathroom not properly maintained. The closet was brown in colour. Checkout photos. 2. Frequent power cuts. 3. AC had very poor cooling whatsoever. 4. The so called private beach nearby had drunkards from early in the morning to late at night. 5. The complimentary breakfast had only idiyappam and kadala curry and no other options. 6. The bed mattress kept splitting into two and I fell between them quite a lot which made the sleep terrible too. Checkout photos. So yeah, the overall experience was not too great. The location (Varkala) is the best part. Everything else was average or below average.
