Amazing location wid parking, rooms are okey. Food tastes good ,prices reasonable. Dangerous to drive to location after 10-11pm low visibility at night

Pros... Stunning Location. Bit far from the main city but that is what we have deliberately chosen as we wanted to stay away from main city because of all those traffic jams. Road connecting to villa is in bad shape but manageable if you are experienced driver. View from villa/cottages/balcony is absolutely awesome. Rooms were cosy and comfortable. Price wise was also genuine. Cons... Property requires maintenance and deep cleaning as some parts were smelling. Don't depend on food made by caretaker/cook. They make it extremely horrible but they are always ready to help guests in whatever capacity they can. Overall good stay with family. We booked 5 rooms in 2 villas. Safe and secure...

The stay was amazing, staffs (Sachin, Shailesh and others) were very cooperative. My kid was not well, the cook made sure to provide her the best food to get well soon. The place is good for nature walk, away from the crowd with amazing view outside, wake up by morning sun rays is something we do not get in the metropolitan cities. Over all the experience was good.

I have booked this resort.I am very disappointed with services like no shampoo, no conditioner, no toilet paper , health faucet was broken not working,no TV channel facility. The tents were not hygenic if you left the tent while returning expect dogs sleeping inside your tent..not at all clean..I don't know for what they are charging 2k for tent and 3k for rooms where nothing is available. Yes the only good thing was the care taker was polite..

The resort is good at the good location. The service by the staff is excellent. More particularly Mr. Sachin and Mr. Shailesh are very much cooperative. The food is good but costly. The owner of the resort with whom we talked is very cooperative. One thing to be mentioned online that the tents are at very lower side. We were six persons group of senior citizens had booked tents but it was at the very much lower side at about 100 stairs. Talking over telephone to the owner, he had changed our rooms. But in two rooms out of three Giser was not working. It should be mentioned online that the tents are at very lower side. Above all our stay was good and pleasant.

Loved loved loved my stay here. The place is located at a very scenic location, very well maintained. Good parking space. The food is delicious. We enjoyed every bit of this place and it's beauty. The staff is co-operative and service is quick. The rooms are well decorated. Hot water 24- hrs. Simply Amazing. The only thing is this is a lil far off from all the tourist attractions. Manageable if you have your own vehicle. Mall Road is about 7 kms. I would go back here again if I go back to Mussoorie. Thank you guys.

1. No customer value. People comes there to relax but it can give you more headache. Rawat ji can ask you to vacate room even at night if you complain about something. 2. No wifi as committed. 3. No power backup arrangement if electricity cuts. They will provide one rechargeable bulb just for light which was a big surprise at this price. 4. Rooms full of spiders and not much cleaned. 5. Staff is well behaved but they dont have much to do unless ordered by owners. 6. Not recommended.

A very nice and quite place. Ideal to enjoy nature and peace while being very close to the mall road as well. The view of lush green mountains is a pleasure to wake up to. The view of a sky full of stars and glittering houses on the mountains is a sight to behold. The staff is very courteous. The food is excellent.
