Wildcraft Dombivli (Trek to Travel Solutions) - Camping store in Dombivli - Thane, India

Behaviour of store person is not cooperating, he is arrogant. I've been there at so called Wildcraft Dombivali store. After doing all the possible requests, the store person refused to provide warranty claim to my backpack.he is saying that the bag is purchased online so that I cannot provide warranty facility for this product. I've also called Wildcraft costomer care, costomer executive also had conversation with store person, explained that the invoice is sufficient for the warranty claim. Still the store person is saying that I cannot provide warranty service with invoice.i need warranty card, but how can I have warranty card of online purchased bag with date & stamp? I can only provide the invoice. And invoice is sufficient for the warranty claim It is not company authorised outlet. Though I've claimed warranty for my product at other authorised Wildcraft outlet I will not recommend this store to anybody.worst experience

Malshej Camping : Place : Nice place to go for camping. Lake side camping area which was clean and safe. Washrooms are also clean. Tents : Tents are also clean. They provide blankets. It would be nice if provided pillow too. Food : Misal Paw taste's good. If you are a tea lover then you have to repeat 2-3 times as the tea cups are very small. BBQ (veg) was taste wise good but quantity and time it takes needs improvement. Dinner and breakfast was good and unlimited. Activities : Boat ride and Kayaking.. just loved it. Helpful guide. Nicely managed everything. Thank you. :)

It is a very nice and comprehensive shop for trekking equipment purchase. Good brands. I have purchased various items such as head torch, day pack and Trek pole. Found these items to be really good, value for money, and reliable.

This guy either sells cheap fakes for high prices or the products are low grade, an expensive full raincoat felt like I was wearing no rain gear at all and he will disagree for anything about the products
