Had a great time here in resort and property was extremely good and owner is incredibly helpful and polite and the amenities were great. Situated in a quiet environment and the room was wonderful, clean, I would recommend it's a perfect place to spend a lovely weekend

As i am a vegetarian, early i didn't find good food in tamilnadu apart from rice. But here food is very tasty prepared by service lady. U can request her food which u want to eat and it's customised as ur need

The good thing about the homestay is it's almost inside a small forest. Very peaceful locality. So, you can enjoy the calmness. The homestay owner is very friendly and cooperative. Food quality is average. In general, the owner's family prepare the food for you. So, it's important that you inform them in advance, what to have and quantity. Occasionally you might see wild animals. It seems many a times wild elephants visits the place, though during our visit we encountered none. The homestay owner kept us advising about the elephant. We could only saw a rabbit, which was fast chased by the local dogs..

We got back from the resort yesterday and must admit that we had a pleasant experience. It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of a city life. The rooms are well maintained. The food served was awesome. The hosts are large hearted and pampered us enough with the variety they cooked. The resort is maintained by the host and his family who do all the cooking and house keeping as well. Request the host to cut down on plastic water bottle supply and stick to normal filtered water atleast for people from India. We can all survive and thrive..also one more thing is the room cleaning can be done everyday especially if the stay is for a longer duration considering the wilderness around attracts a lot of insects. All in all nature lovers can have a swell time!

A very good place to stay for those interested in visiting the Mudumalai National Park. Cozy rooms, cleanliness, garden with swing are the key features. The owner is a very friendly man, who helped us out with the details regarding of the jungle safari. He was always there whenever we needed him. The food was tasty, home cooked style. The evening snacks was also yummy. Lastly, don't expect mobile network or television in the rooms, as people come here to unwind and to find peace. You can always read the books or magazines on offer, or sit in the garden and enjoy nature. One of the best places I ever stayed in, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great place to stay at masinagudi, with home cooked food. Stones throw away from theppakadu, which is place for elephant camp, government arranged safari. Ooty road from masinagudi is a bit dangerous for people who want to take a short cut to ooty, use this road with caution. Sometimes you will not be allowed back to masinagudi (from ooty) by this road, in which case the long round trip (of around 60km) via gudalur has to be taken. The person who runs the place Mr. Rajesh was very helpful with directions, he even suggested our trip route back, which was very kind of him. Food was excellent, considering the fact that the property is in forest area, and vegetables, groceries can be obtained a long distance away. The access to the property was a little bit tricky, but anyone who can read google maps can easily find their way, I was able to at night, heavy rains and power failure. Power failure is very rare, but it does happen. All in all we had a great time, just relaxing, lots of wild animals around. Thanks.

The location was nice..silent , peaceful ,totally disconnected from the hustle bustle. I give top most preference to the cleanliness, which i was quite disappointed with.The washroom wasnt clean, the flush was leaky inspite of the repair, we had a full leaky flush all through,making it very uncomfortable to use. I know these things happen..but for the price we paid ,i certainly did not expect this, was quite disappointed,felt paid too much for the stay. The room had no place/tables/furniture to put our lugguage (4bags)..there was just one small dressing table which can hardly accommodate a small bag. The food prepared was very tasty, however was way too expensive in my opinion, given u have no restaurants near by, not much choice though. I woulr have expected atleast a TV in the room(there was one in the common corridor) since we had literally nothing to do.This is solely my opinion.
