If you are looking for a good resort with quality then this is not the place for you. Good things: zip line, and other 5 line activities are good. Not good: food tastes ok but utensils are not clean. They use plastic plates and plastic bowls and you can see yellow spots on them. You will have feeNot many options for food. It's a buffet but they don't let you take the food, they will serve it in a controlled manner.

Dear Wild Valley Adventure Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I had high expectations for a memorable adventure, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues. First and foremost, the hospitality management was shockingly rude and unaccommodating. The staff's attitude was far from welcoming, which significantly impacted the overall atmosphere of the place. I believe that courteous and professional service should be a fundamental aspect of any hospitality business, and it was sorely lacking at Wild Valley Adventure. Furthermore, the quality of the food was subpar. It did not meet the standards I would expect, given the price I paid for the package. The lack of attention to detail in the culinary experience was disappointing and left a negative impression on my visit. Additionally, I found the overall management of guests to be inadequate. There was a lack of organization and proper guidance for guests, which made the experience chaotic and frustrating. I expected a seamless and well-structured adventure, but it fell far short of my expectations. Lastly, I was extremely dissatisfied with the manipulative package I purchased. It seemed as though the pricing and inclusions were not transparent, and I ended up feeling like I was taken advantage of as a customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your operations. In its current state, I cannot recommend Wild Valley Adventure to others, and I am left with a very negative impression of your establishment.

The rope lining equipment is not up to mark and I ended up having an accident and fractured my legs. When asked for medical support all the staff said was "we have got the declaration signed so it's not our responsibility." They don't have a wheelchair or any kind of transportation in cases of emergencies. I had to walk from the activities area to my car with a broken leg. The staff are very irresponsible and blatantly don't care. The rooms are extremely overpriced. The food wasn't that great either and the pool wasn't maintained well. I wouldn't recommend going here.

We had a wonderful experience being there in kanakapura road Wild valley resort. It is a must visit place if you like adventure games and some relaxation. We went for a day outing and it was worth. Had nice time with our friends and they all liked it. The team was very helpful and supported us a lot. We did planted some saplings in their location and their staffs were very cooperative. We wanted to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Nagaraj, who helped us getting al the necessary support.

The free activists are really good and adventurous. Activities are good... But kayaking and swimming pool was not that good. Kayaking area is very small and pool was not that clean. Good for friends.

Pros 1. The cost was cheap, we were charged only 1133 per person. 2. Zipline was the best activity and was superb. Cons 1. Staff were not even helping to identify the games. 2. Not much activities, we were able to finish all the activities within 2 hrs. 3. Swimming pool was too small. 4. We saw falls on all the promo videos but no falls were found near the pool. 5. Not enough spray on the rain dance and the songs were not that good. 6. Kayaking was charged extra and also the lake was too small. 7. Breakfast and lunch was okay, not the best.

Location,food,service all are good..but I request management to follow the reliable rules mentioned for customers.... Food for the best part we enjoyed and the staff responsible for activities were very good in guiding...best place to chill out and stay for night in tents...I request for good washrooms to be provided for the tent stay not the common washroom ( day out & staff shared washrooms to be removed) that was really disgusting experience. Over all resort is good...if management will follow proper rules mentioned for alcohol consumption and smoking... Had a awesome person from management Shadab we appreciate his quick response for our inconvenience caused.. Need to have some medical kit in reception. Recommended resort I can say...

Price is the only best thing rest all bad. Rooms and bed sheets are unclean. Washrooms are not that clean. The rooms feel like jail , the ac rooms have other issues . Crowded place as it's cheap , there are few activities good for company outing not with family.
