Wild Mist Munnar Homestay - Hotel in Munnar, Adimali - Idukki, India

Wild Mist is an absolutely beautiful stay, made even better by the courteous and smiling hosts - Mr.Sunil and his wife. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The food was homemade and lip-smacking. We felt right at home. We only found the drive towards the homestay a bit tiring. Also, recommend folks to download maps as nothing except BSNL works and we were driving round and round a bit till a kind villager used his phone to help us find the way.

The service is absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy even the price is reasonable just 2000 including breakfast. The food was tasty and homemade. The location is around 30 mins away from the munnar junction there is also a view point nearby. Sunilchettan will also help you arrange any services needed like guides, etc. Overall it is a good place where you can rest safely.

Wild Mist Homestay is a very nice and budget friendly homestay. Sunil sir and Chechi, the owner of the property were really good and their service was very nice. Quality of the Food was absolutely awesome, special thanks to Chechi for wonderful cooking. Value of Money stay. I should have given 5 star actually, but I have given 4 star because hot water was not there in one our room and quantity of the food is little less. Otherwise, it's a very Happy Stay and Happy Place to Stay...

Such a beautiful location and n the person who is taking care of place very good at heart n the main rooms are very neat n higiene n food whatever they served everything is awesome n yummy the chicken fry n BBQ is we liked it very much try the place

Pros- The room was fantastic, very clean, and big. Also, the view is breathtaking. Dinner was tasty and we enjoyed it, highly recommend it. Big restroom and shower with hot water. Extremely comfortable bad. We got bottles of drinking water immediately and nice treatment in general Cons- Unfortunately, the lady who is in charge, didn't know English very well, and it was very hard to communicate until her daughter showed up in the evening. The location is very far from everything, even if you want to take a taxi, and if you will find one, it will cost you 600 R. Besides a little sightseeing, there is nothing to do in the walking zone. TLDR: if you want a quiet place and have a means of self-transport, this place is good for you. If not I suggest booking a place closer to Munnar.

Beautiful, quiet place with clean and spacious rooms. The family is very sweet and we really enjoyed our stay here. The food was very delicious and was cooked quickly on demand. Compared to Munnar, the location is a lot more quiet, green, relaxing and slower in pace. Highly recommended!

The best hotel(WATER MIST HOME STAY) I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv and shower with good quality beds), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people rooms with good invitation.. Unlike some of the posts I've read in other places, I found the WATER MIST HOME STAY to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

We just finished our stay there and it was very nice. View from our room was very calming. We had an opportunity to try food made by our landlord and it was hindi traditional tasty food.
