We stayed in suit room and its really nice and remembered our early age courtyard style houses. Contemporary houses doesn't reflect the same. Simple construction but it is beautiful. Food is average and limited options on short notice. Staffs are little weird bcaz of funky look. Swimming pool is available but small and occupied with bachelors if exist on same time. Better to swim at near by river side. Over all a good spot to hang out with friends in between travel to top slip. And affordable compared to top slip stay options

Bad experience. Worst maitenance of rooms, swimming pool and service too. Visit the resort in person nd book the rooms. Waste of money.

This place is much better than the review suggests. Good place to Hangout with Family and Friends, for moderate budget . We total of 15 family members including toddlers stayed there for 2 nights, had a great time together. Property owner Mukundan was very punctual & courteous , made sure we are comfortable Pros : A quiet and Spacious resort, amble distance between rooms. Food is great and affordable, traditional south Indian style Suite rooms are well maintained, good for family Room Service is good Lot of Animals and Birds, a treat to animal enthusiasts Cons: Not much amenities for Kids, like a small play area would be great Deluxe rooms could have been better

It is a much better Resort than the actual rating shows. I had really enjoyed the stay with my family last weekend. Amazing food, wonderful place to spend, Service by the management was really good. A big thumbs-up to the them. Well maintained rooms, the ambience was so relaxing around the trees. Extremely Satisfied.! Definitely, i would recommend this resort for a weekend with family and friends.

Nature was good but room maintenance and service was very bad , swimming pool maintenance very bad thay doesn't allot separate timeing per rooms

Very very worst experience in my whole life... We are 17members family and bachelor's, all the rooms are so smell and very dirty. Before booking the room kindly confirm below points with owner. @Tv working? @Rooms Cleaned ? @AC condition? @Water Availability for drinking @doors working @Cleaned Bet sheets? @Smell in side of the room @Cost of foods @Swimming pool access In my point it's not suite for family because lots of bachelor's occupied and enjoyed, most of the time bachelor's occupied the swimming pool you can't access on that time because the are drinking alcohol near the pool. Food so expensive, near no hotels or shops kindly think multiple times to book hear for family outing.

Worst experience in my life, rooms are destroyed and not safe for families, they are entertaining only for drunken persons and other activities, I had booked with advance payment before one week of our trip , but they were not ensure the rooms for our occupancy. Besides that their owner not ready to refund the booking amount due to non avallilability of rooms and they threatened to us, finally we got the refund. Totally utter waste experience don't go with family.
