We take cab going from vizag to Aarku, car condition is good but the driver drives the car too rashly and play loud music in the car,Inspite of telling him several time to control the speed and volume but he didn't care of this. Bad experience with the driver

I'm sharing my horrible experience happened to me on this day 18/11/2021. I booked a cab with them yesterday from Vizag airport to travel to Rayagada Odisha for an official duty. They sent me a swift DZire shown in d picture with a driver who was always in race mode while driving. Finished my work on 17/11/2021 n was supposed to return back to Vizag airport today. Wanted to leave at morning 6 as it was a 6hrs journey when I checked out of d hotel n came out only to know tht d cab driver has lost d car key because of his overnight drinking n irresponsibility. The driver stated tht d hotel staff might ve stolen d key whn he was asleep n asked to check d CCTV. I spoke to d hotel officials to check d CCTV n let d driver knw if anyone has stolen d key. The problem all started with the cab agency ppl n cab owner calling me continuously regarding d issue n asking for phone numbers of d hotel staff n telling me tht I'm not supporting them regarding d issue. The cab owner blamed me tht I might ve even stolen d key n insisted tht I stay back at tht place till d key is found n check d CCTV n inform d police. This attitude was rude n made irrelevant claims. Agency ppl also blamed saying bcoz of me giving money to d driver for dinner made him drink overnight n lose d key. Thy even troubled me for d payment without even completing d trip. Thy asked for more than half d amount for one way journey. I had to go through all this irresponsible n indecent behaviour for booking a cab with them. Somehow after a lot of discussions n arguments I made half payment to them n later booked another cab through d hotel staff n left for Vizag

Disater cab services I never seen. talking to customers with so disrespect. Ban wifi cabs. Its a alibaba and 40 theives... I book ac can and they provides non ac cab.. Driver was completely drunk. When we say the same with management they said. No worries just enjoy the trip. Even not care about people life. They will pick the money even from dead bodies.

Very bad service, charges more and then asks for extra for everything. Drivers are not trained at all. I would not recommend.none of my friends were happy too. The vehicle sent to us also not in condition and had to go by bus and auto. Added after response from owner: 1. Booking date 3/1/2020 to 5/1/2020. 2. photo of the vehicle hired and condition of the driver.
