This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. I gained 20 kg in one month and it gives Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.
My first experience with wide one fitness team and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and i lost 10-11cm of my belly within one month, the trainer who take class create a perfect workout environment. they provide the quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people!
It is a wonderful place to have a decent workout. The trainers are classic, with proper training and care.
I have been working out from this gym for a month. I managed to gain 8 kg with in one month. Best gym in Mahe ... great location, better atmosphere, well trained trainers and gym owner, best machine for workout. Got a visible change physique within 2 weeks of loss of 5 kg. Really satisfied with the service.
