WHITESPRING GURUVAYOOR - Hotel in Guruvayur - Thrissur, India

Never ever stay in this property. I had a terrible experience. We stayed in the two-bed room apartment from November 26 to 30. Contrary to the owner's claims and photograph, we were shocked to see the reality. The room was poorly equipped with no dining table as shown in the picture. The entire premises is uncovered without any gate...i was the only guest with family to stay in the entire building. No guard for security while in the name of staff, only an Assami couple and a manager. Though the three were very courteous. The owner avoided to face the guest. Without any facility, charged Rs 4000 per day. Horrible!

2 stars for the type of room and BHK concept. 2*1BHK was booked but they have allotted me a 2BHK(with my approval only) which shows that there is no one to manage the show properly. no generator facility. If anyone is visiting during the period March to October try to avoid this as there might be chance of power cut during monsoon and summer. you won't be able to sleep/take rest properly in this case We forgot to take one pair of dress from the hotel while check out the 1st blame the owner did on the second guest who just checked in(same room) next to us. Anyway we didn't get that dress back. no nearby restaurants (swiggy and Zomato only) nearest restaurant is around 20-250m away.

There is nothing in it to call it as a luxury apartment. It's just an apartment with no security, only few car parking and no facilities. You should be lucky enough to get hot water in the bathroom during early morning hours. Don't get surprised if you are finding no batteries in the AC remotes, muddy water in the bathroom flush and a lock less balcony doors. To sort out all your problems, there is a so called staff and your luck percentage should be higher enough to find him. Just trust the google map to find the exact distance to temple as the owner's distance calculation formula is quite different and he might say it's just 100 metres. Still I am wondering why it is mentioned as a luxury apartment.

Not the right place if you are looking for a neat and hassle free place to stay at guruvayur. There was no generator backup and they do not provide basic wifi facility, no room service, the rooms are badly maintained even exhaust fans don't work in their bathrooms. Like everyone I chose this hotel based on their images and star ratings, but it's totally false.

It's more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. Rooms are in average size. Bed sheets, blankets and towels were in a bad shape. Didn't used the towel at all. There is no phone or room service available. This is situated a bit far from the temple.

Only thing is that the location was a little confusing..aside from that everything was good.

Adhoc and temporarily converted flats . No room service. No water in shower. Over priced . Not recommended. No restaurants near by. Absolutely pathetic. No toiletries provided . They don't even provide enough drinking water . The guruvayoor corporation must seriously look into this, how they got a hotel licence to work like this.

Hotel experience was great & behavior of the staffs was nice. The room was well maintained and amenities like TV & AC were working fine. They should improve the cleanliness. No food option inside the property so I had to order food from outside. Perfect location within the main Guruvayoor town.
