A very disappointing experience. The ambience is great, but the service is average. The food has very limited options and for the price charged, it is subpar. 2500 for grilled lamb chops, which felt stale, salty and weirdly chewy. Among cocktails, the iced tea tasted like cough syrup. For a 5 star, the quality of food and drinks here was beyond apalling.
Great ambience. Swimming pool view is clean and chic. We can also sit/stroll/lay beside the pool (but not have the food). The seating area beside the bar is well lighted and stylish. Food taste is awesome. One of the demerits is over priced items (especially the starters). Service is decent and well-mannered.
We went for dinner on Valentine's day. Experience was really bad. I felt they were short of staff. We had to go to the counter couple of times to ask for someone to attend us at the table. Though the food was tasty but the delays in fulfilling the orders and even water spoiled the evening. Additionally they missed to prepare one of the main course item and after 45 mins of wait gave the excuse that its being prepared. Spent more than Rs. 12k for this forgettable evening.
Very poor food choices for vegetarians. Menu boasts of many things but alas many items were not available. They do not understand the meaning of non chilly hut spicy food. Very very sad experience.
