White Square Nirvana - Hotel in Guirim - North Goa, India

Villa was nice and stay was comfortable that is only reason giving 2 stars otherwise would have given just 1. We booked the villa for ~ 16 k and nowhere during booking as well as on calls or when we went to check the Villa it was mentioned / was told that Swimming Pool would close at 6 : 30 pm. We all friends gathered by 7 : 00 pm at villa only not being able to use pools and reason that was told to us was for not being able to do the same was that the villa that we booked was in residential area - again something that was not told to us before booking. Lastly, there were issues with amenities provided like fridges / Ac's didn't work properly. If purpose of your stay is to stay in peaceful, quite place, this is best place to be, however if you are booking the villa to party with friends or get together, wouldn't recommend the same.

White square nirwana official rooms are very pathetic instead it's better to book from 3rd party as they are well maintained and all house amenities will work better if booked from other parties if I was sure who are 3rd party providers I would recommend office booking will end up getting aan unmaintined house.. We stayed for 2 days abs both days don't change towels as well due to which u have to use same towel for 2 days. - Air condition was not working and air condition are very old. - refrigerator are so old and dirty and main refrigerator only freezer works rest whole fridge is not working. - washroom locks are not working - no pool towels - where as other ppl from different villa had a better options like working AIR CONDITION, towels and pool towels, timely cleaning, - switch socks are very old. - free breakfast provided by white square nirwana is also not that great. - kitchen is not functional. - no washing machine where as other villas had it. - no vessels in kitchen or gas - very expensive, pay much lesser and try too choose other villa stays.. - far from beaches too. - only photos look good. U will get as per pics only if u book from other websites but not from official website.. Regards, Anmol

An average stay at the place, The room we stayed in was not perfectly maintained as there was a lot of dust in the bed ,and the bathroom window was not properly fixed where it was a little bit scary as a female traveller! We stayed at their property in a deluxe room which is not worthy But the guests arrived here booking a villa said that was comfortable in their stay as it has good space and a neatly maintained villa Overall image of the hotel was good in the view and neatly maintained but not the deluxe rooms available at their place The hotel was locate at a near by location to many beaches like Anjuna, Calangute Where you can easily access to the beaches! Breakfast provided was an average one as they provide with only one main dish with bread toast all the days we stayed

A 3BHK spacious villa with parking, villa is very clean and has all the utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Place is quite far from Baga beach and no nearby activities or restaurants which is within walkable distance.

Don't book from ekostay. Go book directly from the management. Prices were nice. One common pool. But it was affordable

Disappointed. Swimming timming is from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, it should have been till 10:00 pm. This place is not recommended if a group of friends wants to do a party.

Great place to stay on holiday. We didn't get a lot of facilities. The common fridge was not allowed for use but each room had a tiny fridge to store stuff. The place was clean on arrival and was serviced every other day. We didn't have basic things like a microwave, kettle, oven or a stove. Ironing facilities were provided upon request. Sometimes we had to wait for it. Laundry services were quick. This place is located a good drive through the fields. So if you need to buy anything as an emergency, it's quite a walk away if you don't have a mode of transport. The place has big rooms, cupboards and good storage space, and a nice view of the pool from the balcony. Pools have swimming timings. But it's clean. One of the residents there wasn't too happy about us taking pictures of the place as it was a "residential area" we had rented 2 villas for my friends wedding and hence we were taking a lot of pictures on the wedding day. We obviously made sure not to get anyone else in the background but this lady didn't seem too pleased about it.

Very bad experience with rude manager Also their pool timing r the worst .... Evening 6.30pm closed No loud music allowed Also they r cheating pppl ....it's a society where all ppl leave n this guy has purchased 6 villa in that n he does this business
