White Ridge - Hotel in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

Budget room's most probably given to the couple's parking good but congested roads. Food they will arrange but not allowed from outside. Rest is your own view's. 5floors sometimes lift not works After night sleep I found bugs it was very disgusting.

Dear Ladis and Gentlemans, i had very very very bad experience in this White Ridge Hotel had been to hyd for site seeing with family (14 members ) and took 5 rooms. Day 1 Dont what happend(after we left from room) Day2 : Morning we all came out and handedover 1 room key to cleanup,all other rooms keys with us. aftersometime to take something in the room i went to hotel agian,the story begains now,found someone there inside the room and they locked from inside,had to call to reception and those guys came(receptionist and Room boy ) ,try to open the door but could not,finally they had to claim other side of the window and entered into the room and open the door. Now : who is there in the room ? how they got master key to open ? we started watching CCTV footage ( even this setting not porper,no proper date and time )finally i need to step into setting and get lobby footage Found unbelievable videos. after we left, remaining all 4 room opened without taking customer permission and checked for valuable items. when person was inside my room i just went and tried opeing it(which is mentioned on the top) Person took amount from pockets and bags ( around 5k) from all the rooms,this could be increased i have not went room again. The grate person who opened the all the room is Room Boy(dont ask me how he got master keys from the reception ) finally, we had big fight between hotel management ( got very useless response from them) Don't even choose this hotel in Hyderabad,once you lock your and go out,with master key hotel people will enter to your room take what ever they want( i have proof footage if any one ask )

This hotel only focus on couple and room is very dirty even cockroach are in bathroom and rooms. Staff is very rude and unprofessional

Worst Hotel Room Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and it was the worst experience of my life. The room was incredibly unclean and full of cockroaches. It was completely unacceptable. The air conditioning was not working and it was sweltering inside. To make matters even worse, there was no basin and no mirror. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. The lack of hygiene and basic amenities was a complete disaster.

Worst oyo! 1. Rooms are not clean! Blankets and towels are not washed properly! Full of stains! 2. Walls are ugly! Told me there's only one room left! So i had to take that! 3. Water didn't come in the morning! When i asked receptionist he disappeared! 4. These people are allocating the room based on the booking amount! Also they are not accepting payment in app! Even after I told i had discount in payment thru app! 5. Wondered how it has top rating? The receptionist is trying to take the phone telling he need to see some kind of booking id and he himself is giving the oyo 5 star rating! He asked me almost 5 times to give the phone! They are faking the rating! Worst fellows! DO NOT GET FOOLED BY RATING! IT IS NOT WORTHY OYO!

Small cramped rooms with no hygienic conditions and cockroaches and no water. Felt like staying in a jail. They took extra 750- to confirm my booking and i got this kind of conditions to stay. Overall bad experience and won't recommend to other costomer to stay at this third class hotel. Beds are not clean and you can see dirty spots on bed. Had to put my own bedsheet on the bed to keep me hygiene. Towel provided was torn and unclean as well. Could see long hairs on the towels. Was not in condition to use at all.

To be very realistic, this is a place for couples for quick in and out. There is minimal regard for room cleanliness, bedsheet quality or even the smell in the rooms. Cockroaches everywhere. Room changed at request, however room size, quality, dirt on the walls and the floor simply doesn't qualify the place for business trip. Cut costs for trip and end up compromising quality of night sleep. Do not believe the great rating for this place if you regard hygiene as a part of your hotel room quality check.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had. The hotel staff are very rude and don't even care about the customers. The front desk person extremely rude and I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. They don't accept the bookings either from Oyo or any other platform. Please keep this in mind.
