Don't go for white rabbit Guesthouse. The behaviors of management and staffs are very rude. I booked a room over phone but when I reached there, they gave me another room which was very small with same price. There is water flow problem in toilet. Tap in bathroom and besin didn't work. The toilet has a big window structured wall with semi transparent glass. The room, bathroom were not good according to price. Again their rude behavior was worse than the room.
Didn't like this property. Rooms are clean but a bit uncomfortable as there is a gym behind the only window. Couldn't even remove the curtain for 3 days. There was no table inside the room. Starting from a spoon to glasses and water, one has to ask for every small thing in the reception. Pretty unprofessionally managed. Even the wash basin was Gutkha stained at the time of Chek in.

Good budget friendly hotel rooms. The rooms and toilet are clean. But the room size is small.More suitable for backpackers and a group of friends. Wouldn't suggest for family. The customer service is really good. They have parking space. But many cars are permanently parked there, offering only one extra car parking space for the guests. Overall nice.
Very disturbance, doesn't switch on DG during power shut down. couldn't get hot watervon time. No fans in rooms. Food is very bad, they don't even know how to cook maggi noodles.
My recent stay at the white rabbit guest house was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was provided with very good service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. The washroom was very clean. The beds were comfortable.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget friendly and enjoyable stay.

Right now I am here in Shillong. And this guest house is really very good for some days stay. The rooms are very neat & clean. The washroom is also very clean and well decorated with all modern toilet accessories of famous brands. The name of the guest house is perfectly utilized. Stairs & every corners are very clean. "Shillong Police Bazar" is just 8 minutes walking distance (measured in stopwatch) from the guest house entry door. Last but not the least, staffs are well mannered, educated. They all can talk both in english & hindi. Overall highly satisfied with "White Rabbit Guest House, Shillong." See u soon again.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
