Clean and neatly maintained rooms. Cooperative and Courteous staff. The reception guys handled the booking over the phone decently. The food served in the restaurant is tasty as well. Food is expensive, though. We loved the pizza prepared at this place. Breakfast served by the hotel was nice, too. It's on the main road and easier to spot. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with family.

It's a value for money place. Hotel rates are the same across websites. Rooms are big and comfortable. Neat and clean - 9/10 Service is quick and fast In house restaurant in good Wood fired pizza is a must have. Staff and management is helpful. The first time I gave 5/5 for a hotel stay. Car parking is enough and secured. Room service is quick and prompt. The stay duration was 3 nights and it was a very pleasant experience from checkin to check out.

A perfect place to take your family. Amazing and spacious rooms, property has been maintained very well even after 6 years old. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly, accommodative for all your requests. Good spread in breakfast menu with authentic homemade like taste. A personal touch from the landlady (Devi) is a feel-good factor. Totally recommend this place Just one concern with restaurant timings, it closes at 9:30PM, which is very unusual. It was very inconvenient to take the family especially kids out for dinner

The best hotel experience I had despite the few difficulties faced at the beginning and asap was solved. Hence, I loved their service. Every staff member was kind and cooperating. The room given was very neat and professional with all the proposed facilities given in the website. Housekeeping and restaurant room service was also good. For parking, it is at the left side road of the hotel and a gated basement of the hotel. Overall enjoyed comfortably. Thank you . (Added photos other than normal amenities)

I have stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days (5th Oct - 8th oct) the rooms are fantastic. One thing to point out is their service is just awesome and rooms are very clean. Daily they will clean the rooms and change bedsheets and keep new towels. Complementary breakfast is available. One liter of water bottle they will provide daily. Room service is going. Managers are very helpful and guide well. You also get bike rental for 400rs a day. You will have ample area of car parking inside hotel. I would suggest and recommend for others to stay here whenever you visit pondicherry.... I liked this very much.

Clean well put together hotel. It's a little far from thr center of pondicherry but if you have access to transport it's not a problem. Rooms were clean and well presented. Staff are helpful but dome facilities are missing if you need to get work done and operate un multiple time zones. I can though recommend the hotel for being extremely good value and comfortable and convenient for many scenarios.

The rooms are clean ,spacious and well kept.Their food is also really good and their pizzas are a must try.
