So, we visited this spa. And it was our first time visiting any spa. We booked a couple cabin. When we entered, it was like we are entering into another dimension. The decorum, aroma and articles totally changed the environment. Then we were given the form to fill up for some details. Then their professionals came and made us sit at one place to clean our feet. We chose the dip tissue therapy spa. Then we were asked to move to the room. It was designed with the dark lights and authentic Chinese music in the background which was soothing. Then we were given a clothes to change and spa started. We had an option of oils to be used. We chose both different for both of us. Lavender and lemongrass. Spa professionals were really kind and expert in their work. They made sure that we were getting exactly what we were expecting and they asked us whether we are comfortable or not. After the massage the steam session of 5 mins started followed by hot shower bath. Then when we came out all the daily use products were kept right from ear buds to moisturiser. They made sure that we are getting all required and necessary things without even asking for it. We felt so fresh and relaxed. I had heard that one hour spa is equal to eight hours of sleep. And that is absolutely correct. When we came out I got a surprise of a cake as it was my birthday. This gesture melted my heart. Then we had an option of refreshment tea. We chose lemon tea which was authentic and refreshing. This is the best spa in Thane. They know what they are doing and they are doing their best. We need to make an appointment before visiting so that the cabins can be arranged in that manner. Every single penny was worth paying for. Must visit if you want to feel relaxed and rejuvenated !!!!

Undoubtedly the best spa in Thane , very hygienic and clean would highly recommend any of their services. All the staff are very well trained, polite and professional!! Very thoughtful gesture by the staff, i took my mom on her birthday for a massage and the staff surprised her with a cake. Lucy and Yoyo did an amazing job the pressure was just right.

She shared all her experiences with me when she came back, i really want to thank white n bright salon for the amazing experience that she recieved. Also i appreciate the efforts your team is putting in reviewing the reviews and letting us know what was the real scenario when someone gave a bad rating. It helped a lot.

We visited this spa on my girlfriend's birthday and it turned out an amazing bday treat for her. Staff is very kind and professionally trained. One must visit to fill relaxed and rejuvenated. It's a totally different world in itself.

First of all. This is just not done. Don't you guys know. How to speak with a customer. Yes it was our fault where we had planned and at the very end due to our reasons we cancelled. But how can you speak with a customer so rudely. Stating that "you should have informed" in a rude tone. And also hanging up the call on our face. Where my husband was actually apologising. This is absolutely just not done. Please mind your tone. I will not tolerate all this nonesense And RESPECT your customers.

It's a great experience. One must definitely try. Their spas will completely relax your body. It's extremely professional. Plus they maintain great hygiene as well nd the service provided is top class.

This is by far one of the best spas in Maharashtra, not just Thane. I've been to massage centers in Bandra, Juhu, Nariman Point, Lonavela, Pune & Nashik - even at some of the 5* hotels and can tell you that White & Bright is simply heads and shoulders above all of them and great value for money. I get a 120 minute deep tissue massage, that leaves me feeling restored and rejuvenated. From the moment you walk in, you are at ease, as if the weight and stresses of the day have been taken away. Clean, hygienic and very modern, from the massage beds to the shower areas, it is top notch. Especially a big shout out to Ruhi who has been my regular masseuse for the past month, providing exceptional service and due care. Keep up the great work team.
