Very detailed and professional experience. The ambiance was neat and very peaceful.
The first time I'd been here, I was completely amazed at the serene ambience, perfect decor & cleanliness of the place! It didn't feel like I was at the heart of a bustling city. Coming to the service I have one word that sums it all... PAR EXCELLENCE!! The masseuses are professional, very warm staff especially Elizabeth as she ensures that everyone is comfortable and accommodates changes. It's become my regular visit. I recommend anyone looking for quality spa service to pay a visit & experience the pampering you will get.
My wife and I went for a foot massage yesterday for 60 minutes each. The quality of massage was good but we were short changed on time and quality of massage chairs. Our appointment was at 4pm, we were taken to the room (make shift massage chairs) at 4.10pm and the massage finished at 4.50pm. On telling the staff at the counter we just received a surprised look as if nothing had happened. Shocking Customer Service. Next time we go we will show our watch and then start the massage plus insist on proper quality of chairs. If it happens again....then no more visits. Just saw your response team white mantra. I am surprised at your response as we received only a total of 40 minute massage while we paid for 60 minutes. We did not get 50+10, I repeat we go total 40 minutes!!
I love White Mantra! I've been going to this place for the past ten years and their service quality is top notch. This place has stood there test of time and in this day and age of cookie cutter corporate salons like YLG and Limelight, this places believes in getting it's basics right. Excellent Ambience, friendly and courteous staff and highly skilled professionals. Ashiq, who does my hair is possibly the nicest person alive! Apart from doing a fab job he always greets you so warmly and plays my favorite music. Keep doing what y'all do guys! We really appreciate you!
