White Inn - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

The place is ok for youngsters employed in companies who remain out for the day and return after having dinner. If you come here with family or children, you are in for a great shock. Nothing you get here after the breakfast with extremely limited menu. Interestingly, every floor has a notice saying that no outside food is allowed!!! Further, please don't go by the photo of the bed seemingly placed in a large room. Rooms are really small. The hotel is basically patronised by HR heads of selected companies who make their new recruits stay here. So, please check out well before getting trapped in the situation described here.

Doesn't give laundry on time. Hotel doesn't respond quickly. Breakfast free but prathatic. Whenever they clear the room I lost my 3 tee shirts in total. After there cleaning. Doesn't provide soaps or towel doesn't change blanket on daily basis. They don't clean until u ask anyone to clean

Hotel staffs are totally unprofessional. After interrogation receptionist admitted they provided breakfast which was cooked at night ("raat me banake rakha tha sir" - the exact words) . They don't check whether water supply is available. They don't even arrange sufficient breakfast for all the guests staying there . Last but not least, better/spacious room available nearby location within same price range . Next time visiting Bangalore I'll never check in that hotel anymore.

Booked a room last week fr 2 nights... the location is very good... easy to get cabs and autos... also plenty of cafes and restaurants around... but sorry to say though room was clean... the bedsheets and blankets and towels were dirty...shower was broken... no toiletries provided.... bucket and tub were very dirty... and worst of all we had a rat in the room ...which we realised on second night... after it had thrown sm of our stuff on the floor from the table and toppled the dustbin which also was not emptied by staff during regular room cleaning.....the staff is polite and helpful but does need sm more training in managing guests.....

Very worst experience.The receptionist is v rude and arrogant.rooms not available on booking time , rooms & bathroom are not clean.ACnot working no hot water in bathroom. You'll get charged extra for drinking water.weast of money

I recently booked my stay in this property and the only plus point of this property is its location which is near MG road close to my office. The biggest problem with this property is the rooms are not clean and you can hardly find any toiletries in the washroom. For service, there is hardly one person in the reception, although the guy is good it's hard for him to manage all the room requests. Regarding food, they serve a decent breakfast but you have to explicitly ask for bread and eggs which is not written on the breakfast menu.

Very poor service from the staff. Rooms are very small. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast provided was not good. But situated in good place. Very near to main road. There is no parking place. Even they charged us extra for early check-in. Totally unsatisfied.

hotel is new and morning breakfast is very tasty and the chef there is very nice and responsive person. but front office guys need some more training to handle guest n their concerns. there were no satellite tv activated and when i asked they says tata sky server down , so they are unable to recharge.
