I just went for outing with my Team and we like the place. It is so big enough for many people to accomodate and enjoy the ambience. The rooms are clean and good. The rooms in the 1st floor is really awesome and I liked it so much. The DJ room is also good but amplifier is broken. The main hall is big enough for a 30+ people and enjoy it. The swimming pool is also good and clean. Overall I like this place.
We have spent time in this resort(beach house) with my office team mates. Big swimming pool and big house with four bed rooms and attached bath room. Big Lawn is available for team party and engagement. But when we play the song in the lawn area police came from nearby area and warned us to not play the song.
Few rooms were dirty and in one the toilets, no lights. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Other rooms are in good condition.
Could improve the maintenance of swimming pool (found many insects having a good time inside the pool) and the switch boards inside the house.
The amenties provided are incredible but not good maintenance... There are no sign boards hence makes us difficult to find the location
This is ideal for small private parties and get together . Has one small pool too. Not ideal for bigger weddings or family functions.
Great place located very near to the beach.. the only disappointment was the only swimming pool.. its common for 4 house's located in the same row.

Jas Vilas was a great place to stay. They were so welcoming - we arrived at 9am and they let us check in straight away. The pool and garden areas were very well kept and so nice and relaxing to use because they are away from the road noise
Comfortable and clean rooms. AC was available in all the rooms. They had a kitchen and a fridge with some basic utensils which helped us out a lot. The swimming pool was clean and the lawn was well maintained. They also had a Jacuzzi on the top floor

This is a amazing place for friends and family the stay,food, service is amazing I stayed here for 6nights as I had a wedding to attend this is my second visit. Definitely there are improvements from my first visit as the management is changed staff
Amazing designer who customise and tailors the pieces so well ! The work she does is completely handmade and the outcome is really perfect. The blouses fit me beautifully and there was no alterations required.
