Cozy hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds make for a pleasant stay but not good expected better than nearby hotels. Breakfast options are limited, but the location is convenient. Overall, a decent choice for a short stay.
Absolutely terrible experience. Rooms were poorly maintained...broken fan and light switches , shower was also not working. They dont even provide you with shampoo sachets and they call themselves a beach resort ?... very lousy restaurant service...no tandoor options...we were denied evening tea/coffee at 7pm?...how would you feel..if after spalshing in a water for whole day you dont have any hot beverage option. Hospitality is a mess..... they wont give you extra towels. they are like "check in m time diya toh tha.."...dont waste your money here. And the crowd in this resort is absolutely cheap/chapri.
I had visited with my family booked for 2 days but I checked out in one day only, as per the images shown in Google dint matched at all Room was also not in condition washbasin was choked also no hot water in the tap , very less transportation from hotel. In swimming pool insects were enjoying. Not at all happy with the white House.
Stayed during 30 Jun-2 Jul ... Hotel is very close to nagaon beach like 4-5 mins walk. Rooms are okayish, Swimming pool is quite big. Staff was polite and helpful. As we were vegetarian, would say the Veg food quality taste and quantity all were 5 stars worthy. Kitchen service is really fast and with quality as well. Overall 4/5 Stars( one star for room improvement and it other amenities could be added) Highly recommended for a peaceful pleasant stay near nagaon beach.
Very pathetic hotel, not worth for staying at this so called beach resort. No service at all, feels like we stay at some dharamshala. No proper room service, landline not working, no wifi connectivity, food was also very oily, room conditions was also very very bad, broken bed, dirty room, no hot water when you needed most. So overall it's not a beach resort to stay, I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
Hey! I went for a holiday with my wife, I had booked a deluxe room, room was okay. According to the deluxe room bathroom was really small and there was no Toilet roll and has a bad smell in it. Unexpectedly food was really good and restaurant was neat and clean. We both loved the food and hygiene. Staff was good and environment too. #snedha
We just visited this place hotel s food is good.But service is very poor.They didn't provide single bucket hot water for bath.when I asked about hot water. I didn't get it.Electricity bill for one bucket hot water is not more than 12 rs .I paid 4100 rs for 22 hours.But they didn't provide it.I wasted one hour for waiting the hot water.It is not good.There is no meaning to book like this hotel.
Resort was full, parking area was less and people were more. Veg and Non Veg kitchens are not separate. Good thing was that we were told about this clearly at the start. It is very near to the beach which is the only positive. Breakfast got finished before time, Poha was never refilled despite waiting. Service was poor. No lift. Highly priced. Not worth the money. Only reason we selected this was, lack of availability in other resorts.
