White Elephant Guesthouse - Guest house in Anjanhalli, Sanapur - Koppal, India

The staff were great. Very helpful. Food excellent. Rooms a bit of a disaster - uncomfortable bed, etc. Lovely location. But a long way from any restaurants / bars. So had to ride 20mins (motorbike) to get a drink away from hotel.

Too much loud trashy music. Killed my nerves. Food really good. Very secluded place. Rooms ok. Owner picked me up from ferry. Great. Very nice guy. :) The staff leader said he would take me to the ferry but then at the last minute decided he was to busy. Not that great. Almost missed my bus. Other than that the staff was very nice.

The location is serene and lovely; and the drive to White Elephant was the most fun. The narrow road connecting it to the main road in north Hampi was the best driving road I've ever driven on. Stunning views and landscape with a narrow well maintained country road snaking through it. Moin, the owner / manager is a very friendly and helpful person. The food is good. The atmosphere at the cafe is the best in Hampi. Negatives were the rooms - quite small and the bathroom was too tiny and a bit too shabby. Be mindful that there is almost next to no mobile network coverage at this place. They do have WiFi.

Best place to stay at on the other side of Hampi. It has a very chilled out atmosphere and the owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful people. They go out of their way to make sure that you are having a good stay.

ambience is too good..host was nice..however, there are multiple foreign nationals and it may not be suitable for indian familes with kids...he said he tried to call me..and it was true as even he told me my old number wheree he had tried to call and inform that if you are coming with kids, you may want to reconsider....i liked this honesty part from the host very much....and food was awesome...it is very relaxing place...with nice fileds in front of the hotel...rooms are cozy and may not be of gr8 standard...but overall one can enjoy here if want to relax

Did not stay but had food at their restaurant. The owner is very courteous and helpful. Guest house is located at an isolated place but beautiful place facing green fields.

Awesome Place. Great Food. Service is a bit late, buy the view you get beats it.

Lots of flies and stuff. Food is not that great but its alright in the middle of nowhere. Also a nice place to chillout.
