Definitely a must see place if you are around Bhuj. The white desert looks amazing during sunset and sunrise. Winters are the best time to visit this place. Kutch festivals are quite popular around this place.
The pictures speak here. Some of the pic which I shared are clearly come up as we landed on the only place called moon on earth :) sun set is the best time. In last pic you can also find moon in the background. To reach to this place you have to crosss multiple beautiful places including a place which is famous for condense milk or kowa. Good spot to eat fresh kowa with tea. The bsf border is interesting place. The bsf security is very helpful guiding. Plz carry your gov id proof for entry else they send you back. All foreign citizens plz must take permissions from bhuj police station one day in advance. There all small shops and tea counter to enjoy the evening. I am excited to share that yes I have been to moon :)
It was really amazing and thrilling. I visited it in April, a very hot month. I had a hard time breathing and staying outside. It was as if I had turned a hair dryer emitting very hot air toward me, specially when I used tuk tuk, a tourist vehicle to visit the white desert. I should go back in a better, comfortable season.
