The location suited us, a little out of the way but central. It is well organised and clean. The manager was excellent accomodating the many questions we asked of him and offering very good suggestions. Laundry was available on request, which we appreciated. There is generally good wifi but best reception is in the foyer. From the outside - your first impression is not to be trusted - the driveway is patchy but beyond that it is well maintained and homely with a small outside lawn and courtyard areas with garden views and a pond.
Rooms are airy and gets good amount of sunlight. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Behaviour of the staffs were also very good. Taste and quality of food is great if you like to eat simple, not at all spicy. Since it's a boutique hotel, so the overall ambience feels more like a homestay but you'll get all the facilities and amenities of a good hotel. The manager, Aru is very friendly and helpful person. He helped us with booking a car for sightseeing which we enjoyed a lot. Located in a very calm and safe area of Gangtok. MG Marg is very close by, not even half a kilometre. If you aren't used to walking on inclines and stairs then going up to MG Marg would give you some warm-up, again coming back down is very easy.
Best atmosphere available here.In this hotel you get best service.The service manager Aru his behaviour was awesome.He arrange car for local site seen.Subhas was the driver .Driver was very friendly and his driving skill was superb . Thanks aru brother for giving best service and best driver.Most important the food of this hotel was superb.Every one must visit once .
Hi it's the best hotel located at the heart of the city. Manager aru was so so good to us throughout our stay. He arranged for our cabs and was very polite and understanding.
Nice property near MG Road. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was great. Staff at the hotel were very polite and helping. Specially manager Mr. Arumoy is an add on to the property .
Rooms were very well maintained. Management was very helpfull and sevice was very good. Even the manager helped me planning my entire trip. Location is just half a mile far from the main MG road market.

Rooms are good at price of 1000-1500. The drawback is they are non refundable. The hotel food is okayish not so good better to go for Mall road restaurant..
