Overall experience apart from Room is worst. Management behaves as if they are charging us nothing. Won't provide drinking water not even a bath room bucket or a mug. No courtesy. Rude behaviour of management. The swimming pool is the first worst part, I can say it's just a king size Bath tub / jacuzzi. Everything is very expensive than it actually should be. We have booked 2 rooms for 2 days for Rs6400 & wanted to extend for a day, but charged badly with Rs.4400. Charged Rs.3000 for a non AC Thar. Worst experience, won't refer people here. Recommend them to change their attitude.

The hotel is clean and rooms are nice. But if you value for your money don't risk to book this one. Service is worst and no proper staff onsite. You'll fell bad if you are paying well and you get bad service from there side. My things are stolen from my room even though it was locked and they didn't respond to my queries related to stealing of my things.

Seriously people, if you value your vacation please do not book your stay in here. Hotel rooms are decent but the staff is bad. Room services take eternity to respond to even nominal things like water bottles. And the best part of the staff is they blame you for the things you didn't do and demand unreasonable fines from you to fill their pockets like in our case we were fined for the dirty blankets and sofa covers and the he broken sofa as well which we didn't do. Even afer telling them about it they blame on you and can even do to the limits to stop you from getting into your train and then leave you stranded on the station. And still if this is thrilling enough for you then go ahead and book this adventure.

If hotel manager provide you room at no cost then also don't book. They completely cheat you and you can't do anything because they have your ids. Still i have doubts about spy cameras in to room. We have to pay 10000 rupees extra without any reason because we don't have any other option he has our ids. We just discuss about some water activities with him next day he told us that he booked activities for us. We told that we don't need it and he is like ok no issue enjoy your day. At the time of checkout he added 10000 for that activities also and after long discussion we had to pay 10k to him.

Straight to the point. Don't visit. Our things worth 20,000/- got stolen from our room while we were out at night and some person from their staff was involved and when asked for the CCTV footage they refused to give so clearly they support such activities. Also you'll hate the service and please don't visit

Worst service and very bad experince. The owner will show you many offers and packages by saying you that this is the cheapest deal and after you get to know that its the most expensive package. PS - If you stay in the hotel, never get stuck into their deals and packages. They will surely loot you.

THIS HOTEL WAS CEASED BY GOA GOVERNMENT DUE TO ILLEGAL THINGS DOING IN THE HOTEL. WHEN GUEST BOOKING THE ROOM AND REACHED THE HOTEL THEY WAS SHOWING ANATHOR ROOMS. THAT PLACE ALSO LOOK LIKE ILLEGAL AREA. THEY WAS COMPLETELY FRAUD PEOPLE. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE OR DIRECTLY......... WE ARE VERY SUFFERED WITH THAT PEOPLE.

Dear reader,listen to me and listen well,i kindly request you not to risk your goa trip by going in this resort,there are more nice villas which will fit in price ranges cheaper than this but the place is so bad like the people won't even come to clean the place when asked and the manager misbehaves with ladies and has no presence of mind.they had all our IDs and were not giving it back on time, we almost missed our train because of the worst management we faced ever in a holiday.
