Whispering Valley Resort & Roof Top Cafe - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

Very nice hotel. The attitude of the staff was very good. Food was excellent. Lovely, cosy & romantic interior decoration. Great view from the rooftop restaurant. It's in the vicinity of the Mall Road. Loved staying there during our recent vacation. Just one suggestion : Proper maintenance of the infrastructure should be looked into as the room windows seem very old.

Very bad service and all staff is very quarrelsome nature. Online showed different rooms pic and presently the rooms are of bad quality of infrastructure We prebooked this hotel rooms and when we reached the hotel then we found that rooms are totally bad quality and totally different from appearance in pics on Google. Staff told us that dinner is ready and come in the different room for dinner. We wait for 2 hours over there for dinner they keep on lingering by saying that dinner will be ready in 10 minutes but eventually we found that there is no one in kitchen and two staff members are starts quarrel with us and said staff is on a strike. Moreover staff told us that just leave the place and go somewhere else in the midnight and force us to leave the hotel then we have to immediately leave the hotel rooms accordingly to the staff's behaviour. Please check properly before check in. They didn't even diserve a single star.

One of the best places to stay in Manali. The room service was awesome. Even the manager Mr. Rinku was very coorperative. Had Nice food and gr8 time. Would love to visit again

The hotel is located at banks of BEAS river and mall road is easily walkable from the property . The sound of river is very pleasing. Also , they have a rooftop cafe and the employees are also very friendly. Overall we can say its a nice property and would definitely like to come again.

Best place to stay it's just like home away from home Wonderful staff and the owners are just Amazing taking care of you like family. 2 mins walk to mall road. Highly recommend this place

Location of the hotel is great. Food was tasty. No rooms have separate balcony. Only problem was the staff behaviour. They should have been more courteous. Overall an OK experience.

Everyone has their own experience while staying in hotel...some has good and some has bad. My family had a bad experience. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during last week of may, 2023. Rooms were ok , rooftop restaurant was also good, location also good as it was close to mall road, but the worst part is the parking of this hotel. Some guest while trying to take his car out from parking, banged into my car and a major dent and scratches came on the left side front door. I have a cctv footage of it. But the hotel authorities have denied to take the responsibility of it, by saying "parking responsibility is not our's." I think they should have put a sign board on wall that "parking at owner's risk", then we can understand. After this, the authorities were so rude to us, we payed nearly 16 k at hotel but no compensation was given by hotel authorities, nor they were ready to accept that this was their mistake. Guard was also there, but sometimes he take the car keys from owners to adjust car in parking, and bangs cars into one another. During 3 days stay, i have noticed this 2 times. Why we stayed 3 days...? Because there was peak season and some hotels were full and some were quite expensive. So from my side 2 stars to this hotel and i don't think i will again stay there. Atleast they should have accepted their mistake. When you go to buy the room they were like "guest are god" , after you pay the rent in advance, they were like " who the hell are you" , this is the behaviour
