The worst staff I have ever seen and deal with it... Never visiting it again they are the worst to talk I don't recommend you at all

Hell dissapointed with the staff of this place. I have been a very old customer of this place but the staff now is literally not at all well spoken. I also asked to talk to the HR but they refused to connect . Rediculous literally.

Good collection of items especially if I talk about the Kids section that includes variety of toys, educational stuffs, accessories, school items. Apart from this the clothing section is also very good with lots of varieties under different price ranges.
I am a very old customer of Westside. I guess it has been 9 or 10 years since i am shopping from westside. But this time i have faced a very bad experience in westside. I always shop in the month of December as it is my birthday month and every year in the month of december i get 20% off but this time i got no off as it was my birthday month. And the customer support people very cunningly tried to con me by saying that your birthday month will get updated within 45 days. How is it possible? Are you serious guys and in your senses? I dont think so. Every year i get a discount of 20% why now will it be updated in 45 days i dont understand. Please provide me a positive resolution regarding it. I couldnt even shop happily on my birthday this time. I am very upset with the staff behaviour.
