This WestSide Outlet is on the AT Road near the Junction of the Choladhara Road. It is on the right side of the AT Road if you are coming from the Tarajan side right after the point where the Phukan Ali meets the AT Road. The outlet occupies the majority of the building. They have a decent amount of parking space in front as well as the basement compared to the shops in Gar Ali. It is a three storey place. The ground floor has the ladies section with western clothes, purses, shoes, perfumes,etc. The first floor has ladies clothing, primarily Indian plus kids clothes. The second floor has the gents section. The staff is polite and helpful with suggestions. This outlet does have a pretty good amount of variety. Overall, a good place to shop.
Westside is a great place to shop for clothes. They have a wide variety of options for both men and women. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the clothes is good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy new clothes.

Really bad staff behaviour. I went there the other day, hoping for a pleasant experience but was met with mocking and murmuring by the staff. They can't do stuff except passing judgemental and mocking looks. Westside Jorhat needs to either tell their staff to improve their behaviour for good or change the staff asap. I thought I was the only one who faced such problems but as I went through the reviews , I saw I was not the only one. I saw a lot of people commenting on the staff's bad behaviour. I hope everything gets better because I like the clothes here but the staff's behaviour I faced that day will forever keep reminding me to not shop from here.
