My experience at the Westside store left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The staff's constant surveillance made me feel like I was considered a potential thief, even though I had no intentions of stealing. This overbearing presence overshadowed the shopping experience and made me hesitant to return. It's essential for stores to strike a balance between security and customer trust to create a welcoming environment for all shoppers.

Westside has never disappointed me till date. Be it in the western women's section or kids girls section for that matter, all the clothes collection are very innovative, top quality and best part is prices are quite reasonable here. The best place for shopping in Shimoga with all in one package. Must try and you will never be disappointed

Good interior and Friendly staff. Quality seems pretty good. But they really need to work on revamping the new collection once in a month atleast, few clothing are still remaining unsold since 2-3 years, such stock should be cleared by giving discounts. They don't give discounts often, which should be given to get more customer and revamping the new stock. Overall the cleanliness and staff behaviour is given 5 star

Worst service from the staff and rude behaviour from the staff at 2nd floor not the ground floor staffs. Dress is pretty good. I am a regular customer to westside from past 5 years. Staffs are very lazy to show and the show arrogant behavious. Please change these staffs and recruit good staffs

I'm so disappointed.. there is very less collection compared to other cities.. Westside plz renew ur collection... every time it's happening. Being regular customer it's my humble request.. bcoz i personally love the cloth material so I want varities

The outlet is well maintained but the staffs are bit annoying and are not willing help customers who are seeking their help. And also there's a limit of dresses you can try on and that limit is only one. If you are planning to buy more than one dress plan accordingly as they are not allowing to use the trail room.

I have shopped multiple times here. I had a really bad experience today. Billing process took almost 20 minutes due to technical issues with card payment. At the end, we were informed they will share the bill via WhatsApp and took my phone number. While exiting the store, I made a calculation myself to see if the total amount was correct. I found that they had overcharged by Rs. 199. My family was already in the car, and I went back and asked them to show the bill on computer as it looked like they had overcharged. They took the calculator, and verified that they infact had charged a particular item twice. They handed refund back to me as cash. Please be careful to check your bill total against your items you've purchased, especially when they don't provide you a bill citing technical issues.

Boring collection, there's nothing exciting enough, kurta section is decent and has good lot but don't ever stop at the western collection as it's just outdated, do visit only for kurta, they're nice
