Good collection at descent price point. Staff is humble and active to help. Alteration timings should be improved, apart from that it is always amazing experience shopping here.

Best outlet for clothes shopping...ambience is good & here u will get clothes for male & female....there are different varieties available...they have there own brand its not like any other outlet like shoppers stop & lifestyle....unique clothes are available here & quality also good... Staff is also good & there service is also nice...

They have trained sales ppl to force customer to buy things even when customer politely say NO 100 times. Also they force their own choice on you even you say NO we don't like it. My husband clearly told the sales lady in the kids section that we don't like that color, we have already took another color. Even i told her 2 times. Still she gave that cloth on my daughter's hand saying this is very good. How unprofessional. You are not appointed to overstep and putting your nose in customer's choices. You are just there to help. My daughter was literally hiding from that sales lady as lady was were irritating. On top of that, on the billing counter the billing guy was trying to sale accessories forcefully. I said NO.. so he targeted my daughter and she said NO too.. he stared forcing us. Like he was not starting billing.. we had to buy one. Very disappointed with this behavior from the staff. I am sensing that manager is the one to blame who give some unrealistic targets to achieve to this sales ppl

Westside is one of the best stores you can visit. There is a lot of variety for men and women. The children's section is also extremely good. There are very good discounts on good products during sales. They could have more billing counters, the billing queue took hell lot of time in this particular store.

A lot of variety and brands in the exact particular niche they cater to. Good if you are shopping in a hurry, since No coupons or discounts.

Today evening I visited seasons mall Westside store there is offer on kids wear and there is no stock all cloths are dumped in the box for sales persons relative and Offer days sales boy's are cheating with customer they said no offer and offer prices written on the tag Worst experience there is no store manager. Stopped keeping baggage without any reason..

This mall is very nice place to spending time very big mall its top floor is felled with theater ,food zone and game zone mid floor you will find electronic and clothes stores and on lower floor all types of stores including starbazar also. All branded stores are available here on weakend this place is bit crowded but very happening place love to go this place

Staff is careless, they keep only one counter open even when there is a long queue and it's not like they are short staffed there would be four people standing on one counter. On calling the manager they just wasted more time. Very bad experience
