Westside - SCC Mall, Kothaguda - Casual Clothing Store in Kondapur, Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

My taken on Westside is that it is different in its own style.. Limited but good collection. Every time I visit end up buying something though this is not the case with other outlets. As you enter just above spar and on left side westside is situated Westside has two floors ground floor dedicated only to womens 1st floor is a combination of kids and mens and decoration stuff as well

Not sure why they are operating Westside stores in Hyderabad when they have no staff and the very limited number that is there is least bothered about customers. Went there to buy shorts and when I asked about a specific size, the so called attendant asked me to stand in the billing queue and ask the only person on that counter to go inside their storeroom and check for the size. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour and attitude. Same is the story at their newly opened store on Gachibowli road, next to the flyover. No variety of designs and the staff is equally useless.

One of the best place in terms of quality and price. Stock availability is an issue though. Some products are available in only few sizes, and others are out of stock. Overall, a decent store to buy clothes.

Excellent offers don't forget to ask for a birthday month offer which is around 20% I guess valid for membership. The sad thing is need to bill for more than 5k.

Same issue keeps repeating again and again, isn't the staff trained properly to hear out the customer and assist properly, that's it i am not at all gonna visit this store of west side in scc mall Again ever . Worst staff rules need some higher management to resolve to regular membership customers . We don't come here to just pass time. Kurnool branch staff is good, Himayathnagar was good. What kind of staff assist is of scc mall west side.

I would like to share my review of Waste Side in Sharth City Mall. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with their service. The collection of items was very poor, and the overall experience was hindered by the long wait times for the trial rooms. It was disheartening to wait for almost half an hour to 45 minutes just to get into a trial room. I believe they need to improve their efficiency in managing customer flow and provide a more seamless experience. I hope they take this feedback constructively to enhance their serv
