Staff are too illiterate and selfish. I asked him to check if my membership card is active or expire and he said it's active and he told me to fill one form with another number and he cheated my money. The worst staff ever experienced in my life. When I call them they said it's wrong number and told me not to call again. Ground floor manager don't try to fool customer you are not not far clever than customer.
