West side is my all time shopping centre. This store has not much collections and if they have collections then they don't have sizes. So we didn't do so much shopping there.
They have started a new policy they wont let you try shirt they will be bunch of trail shirt only that you can try worst experience its either a new policy or employees are not good enough
Ridiculous experience I was not having cash by chance and they were arguing with me that they can't do payment with qr code idk what's this behavior but I won't be coming there anymore

One I purchased a pair of shoes worth 2400 and a pair of flip flop worth 900 they didn't even gave a box for storing shoes so I think they want to charge extra for even putting shoes in box
Just had the worst shopping experience ever.. made false commitments about providing membership.. my birth date was put wrongly .. It being my birthday month. On top that i was blamed for putting in the wrong date.. i showed them my aadhaar too. And to my brother they kept on making false promises about giving the card under dalse pretense.. Very bad management. Worst shopping experience of all time
