What a wonderfully trained staff they have! So much polite and prompt. It is a bliss to be able to shop with such an beautifully calm environment. No mess! So much orderly and well maintained.. My favourite highlight has been the display picture of the turban clad male model! I wish other outlets take a clue and be more diverse in their choice of models in regards to Indian culture. The best Part is that if you are member with them, you can avail 1 year warranty on the clothing items and 3 months warranty on footwear.
Collection is superb, Quality is good and we can find some unique Dresses here, accessories are super cute. Home decor items can also be purchased from here. I just love the brand.

Very nice stuff as always ...i luv westside kurtas...thu i miss their rayon material but still always end up buying something or the other ...Jeans and trousers are also very good .
The brand name continues to hold true to their name. Excellent quality stuff , A wide variety of choices Very cooperative staff And reasonably priced. I just wish they would start storing season appropriate clothes . Summer season is on but there was only two choices of sleeveless kurtas . Most of the stock was sleeved and collared closely to the neck. Maybe my this particular request came a bit early but I hope I won't be disappointed next time .
The staff here runs towards your tail to sell their product that was very disgusting but overall shopping experience over here was pretty good.
The helping staff is good but the billing staff is below poor. Stood on the billing counter for 1 hour. After everything, they said there is problem in your card. Where as i did 2 payments at the same mall in 2 different stores with the same card.
Experience was good but many of the stores were closed
