Westside totally has the trendiest collection of clothes in such cute colors and all different sizes including plus sizes and xxs...The prices are a bit expensive but the quality is so good that it makes it worth spending that much as it will last for more than 2 to 3 years...Some prices are extravagant but it's a good place to buy fancy clothes rather than daily wear apparels. I love how the whole store is organised by colour...and plus sizes have a different section...shoes ,makeup and other accessories are separate from clothing section...its very neat and organised...and multiple changing rooms are there.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Westside, and I must say that the experience left me thoroughly impressed. During my visit, I found myself engrossed in exploring the wide range of products Westside had to offer. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up being in the store past its closing time. To my surprise, the support staff at Westside went above and beyond to ensure that I had ample time to complete my shopping.

Their billing system was not working on 13-Aug-23. This left a lot of customers just waiting for their systems to be rebooted...this took over an hour and happened more than once. Their staff was completely unhelpful and refused to do any manual billing. No provisions for elders to sit as well. In such situations, the floor manager has to come and update the customers. Floor manager was busy sending an email (I really wonder how long it takes to send 1 email. Also emails can be sent through phones these days. Westside your systems are really out dated). These are the type of managers who are out in the open to receive compliments but hide behind their staff when things go wrong. Probably someone who sucked up his / her way to that role. Really bad experience by Westside and perhaps they should be more vigilant in their hiring.

Love this store for their collection but more importantly, their wonderful staff. Special mention to Mr. Nayan and Ms. Komal

Lovvveedd itt ... I was not supposed to buy anything but I and my husband made a bill of 5000.. fresh and stylish products. Western and Indian both have lots of collection and varsities. Shoes section have lots of collections upto size 41 . I generally face very difficulty but I finally found my size my choice perfect pair . Bought two traditional and casual . Boys section too have lots of fresh collection. My husband generally don't like normal perfumes but he liked Westside perfume (amber ) . Cosmetics and all also there with lots of accessories. Laptop bag plus caps Plus plus home decor items like salt pepper jar glass ones. Pillow and lot many kitchen items .. I would refer everyone to visit once to this shop. They have card system as well to get some benefits.

Nice place to buy readymade garments at discounts price and on new scheme membership scheme it's a Tata trust showroom.
