Westside outlet at Lashmi Mills compound. A large store with most of the items that Westside sells. The items, as I saw, were adapted to the local taste and thus we did not find what we were looking for. The service was okay. The parking was paid, which is surprising.

They have good collection of clothings for all age types for men, women and kids. Clothing for boys of age 7-8 years was trendy. Since it's branded, price is quite more compared to other clothing stores. But they have variety of aromated candles. Candle Holders were unique. They also sell indoor artificial plants, ceramic plates, ceramic bowls, glass container, brass cups set etc. U can find some unique collections here. Ample parking space for two wheelers and four wheeler. The store is located inside a premise. No cafe is available nearby. It's near Lakshmi mill signal

This place has Zudio, Westside and Croma inside the same compound. They have parking inside, which is paid. They have seating out in the open to sit and relax along with play area for kids. It's clean and very well maintained. I liked the aesthetics of the building here. All the stores are quite huge with a lot of variety of products to choose from. Westside had a really nice collection. The only thing missing is a food joint/ snack point.

The best shop for high quality formal and casual wears for men and women, every single products are worth for the bill, the showroom was so suspicious and the customer service was so good, good customer service..

Great environment. Wide range of collections. Reasonable prices. Not only products are value for money but offers great experience with heritage buildings. Kids love the play area and we love spending time here. 5 star customer service. Kudos to the staff!!!

It's been so many years I have been your regular customer and it's really sad to write this email about the incident that happened today at one of your branches in the Coimbatore location. Today I visited the "Westside - Lakshmi Mills, Coimbatore" branch around 6 pm. Had the very worst experience in the billing section. Only 2 staffs were there at the billing session and each was taking care of customers. I was waiting for 20mins to bill. I can completely understand if they had too much crowd. But I was the 2nd person standing behind a customer who was in billing his clothes. The customer kept purchasing during the billing and your staff kept that billing on hold. Other staff told her to put their billing on hold and asked to process my billing but the lady refused. She ignore me and told me that she can't bill me now even after seeing me waiting there for 20mins. This was just a stupid reason for her to say when the other staff mentioned her to keep it on hold. Looked like she was lazy to do her work. A lady in the billing section was very rude and was saying some stupid lame answer for delaying the billing. I was waiting for almost 20mins and she didn't have the courtesy to even respond properly. If you are staffing someone in your shop please appoint some responsible people with a minimum quality of sense. If not you would end up losing your customers and lose your respect in the market. Mangers there please do teach your staff about how to behave properly with customers
