Absolutely nonsense. Never going to Westside Suchitra again. Billing section team doesn't know how to treat customers. Very rude, pathetic. They don't know how to remove the tags from clothes for billing. I wasted 3 hours and left with nothing. Manager also not shoeing interest to solve the problem but he's interested in skipping it away. I request the senior management to take severe action and train the employees. ZERO ZERO ZERO

The working staff was polite. But the store manager Shamsher singh was unable to process the birthday discount for us. Was unable to share any rules and regulation in writing which he was talking about and refused to give us information of his supervisors.

Mens jeans from West side brands are not quality, the attached images are of my jeans after 10 wearings maximum, it happened with two jeans from my last purchase, the cloth quality is poor than substandard, didn't expected this from such tata brand, wasted money and time on this brand.

This Westside Branch is near the Suchitra Circle. The collection of clothes is vast. The quality of clothes is worth every rupee you put in. There are some beautiful home decors as well. You will have all that is required for becoming a fashion ICON in Westside.

Irresponsible staff: After shopping when I went for billing, I was informed that my card had expired and to avil birthday month offer I had to renew my card. And then they said they said I have to wait for 24 hours for it to renew and took my items and informed me to come later and take them and that these items qould be safe kept. But when I went back, they misplaced my bag and all the efforts and me travelling multiple times u Is waste and the staff is Cooley telling me this After spending 2 hours waiting for it. The worst experience for any customer. Deeply dissapointed.

Don't fall for westside membership. Last time they asked us to take membership and once we have collected points, today they say the card is not valid and the points also not useful. Instead they are asking us to take new card and again on asking if they again after a few months invalidate the card they don't have an answer. Not only that, their collections are also limited.

Nice collection for both men, women and kids. Also, has items for Home needs. Good quality.
