Westside - Clothing store in Indore - Indore, India

This is a middle-income people's premium shopping store. Yes, you get a jeans around 1000, a shirt around 900, and a t-shirt around 500 here. Westside stores looks like a H&M or Shopper's stop; but Westside is not that expensive actually. They have a sober collection of clothed being classy. I myself have purchased a lot from here and trust me, they all worth the price for quality and fitting.

They have selected and good collection. Went close to Diwali so everything was on MRP . No discount. Parking is available.. No added advantage for tata employees a big drag. Overall good place to visit.

I have been coming to this store for years now. But for the past 5 visits have been absolutely horrible. But today was the limit. At around 7:00 7:30 PM ON 30Th oct 2023, We mearly asked to put back an item because we changed our mind for that item at the counter. A very common scenario when purchasing, everyone dose this. I know its inconvenient for the staff but respectfully, thats there job. When asked, This lady made this annoyed face with an eye roll and nodded her hed left to right showing her disappointment that was absolutely disrespectful to us that we left the rest of the items on the counter and walked out of the store without spakeing to anyone. I will go to other Westside if needed but never on the race course one.

Always awesome shopping at westside...!! Good apparel & accesories... Good kids wear options & lingerie... Also home decor stuff is top notch too! Ample parking space & clean washrooms.

I went to the Westside janjeerwala today and I was looking for a perfume for myself and one of the sales person had such a negative approach. You cannot even touch the "tester" on your own. And if you touch those he will try his best that you cannot test all the testers and may be they have a tantrum policy as well where they will taunt you for testing more than 2 perfumes. The store manager was not even there and now they will do nothing for the staff's behaviour and still want to maintain their goodwill. Ridiculous experience.

M very old customer of Westside but this time not satisfied with the manager and all other staff and the policy. In the beginning they said your membership is life time no renew policy and this time said your membership is expired but last time when I purchased some item then no one said this thing and now the said this changed after corona n lockdown . No one clear all the policy at ones; one said different thing another one said different thing M very much disappointed this time #store at old palasia near janjeerwala square

Worst poor and what not. Do not keep something on the display if you are not willing to sell it and your staff should be given personality and development classes everyday for a year or two, after watching all the reviews about the staff there is still no difference and you still have those rude and ridiculously useless people(not all)

Worst!!!! The worst experience you can have on any TATA outlet. If you are not allowed to touch the "TESTER" of a perfume then why keep it in the display? Also the staff should keep their tantrums to their homes. The behaviour of the staff is the worst that I have ever experienced in any west side outlet and they literally need to hire people as per their behaviour and communication and not a road side sales person.
