Absolutely love visiting this store. Situated at infinity mall Malad. There is a separate floor for mens wear and women's ware. Their formal wear collection is outstanding. Also their Christmas collection is good. The staff is courteous.

Another jewel from the TATA Group. West side started in Mumbai about 2 decades ago but they have finally cracked the code and have more than 200 stores operating in India as of August 2022. I frequently visit the Infinity 2 Mall store in Malad West. The 2 floor store is located in the prime area of the mall. You cannot miss it while going from the main escalators. The store has fashion, footwear and home decor. Fashion includes western casuals, office formals, Indian traditional, athleisure and footwear. They have the most reasonable clothes and footwear in the market. It is a total value for money store. The product quality is the best for the price which they charge. Approx Prices for men's wear are as below T Shirt - 699Rs-899Rs Formal Shirts - 1299Rs-2299Rs Bottomwear - 1499-Rs-2499Rs The footwear is very comfortable and must visit if you like light weight shoes. I recently bought a pair of sneakers for 2499Rs. I often visit the home decor section and am really impressed by their collection. It has a very modern feel. Home decor has home furnishings, crockery, planters, wall clocks, tables, chairs, decorative items etc.

Westside is my favourite clothing retail outlet. Almost my all shirts are from Westside if they are not from Zara. It's a huge store, spread over two floors connected by in-store escalator, of which one entire floor is dedicated to women's fashion and other is for kids and men's apparel. They have huge collection of cloths and the quality is best in other brands. Whether it is infinitely mall Andheri or Malad, my favourite apparels store is Westside only. Due its huge space, shopping becomes easy as different brands and types of cloths are spaced and it avoids coziness. Service is nice and polite. Staff is helpful. Price goes with quality of cloths and I find it affordable. My recommendation is to buy cloths from Westside as they are of best quality, affordable and long lasting.

They have a good collection for Indian as well western clothes. Bright colours and material is also good. It gives a great festive look. I personally liked the lehngas. They have new patterns and trendy design. Even though I went on a weekday, the trial rooms were quite busy. So expect a waiting time of nearly 15-20 mins on weekday and 30-45 mins on weekend if you go around Diwali. Ek visit toh banta hai for people who enjoy the festive vibes and vibrant colors around them. Price was slightly on higher side for western clothes. For a denim short dress it was around 1499/-

Yesterday I came to west side I saw their was thusends off product like jeans shirt multiple colours off shoes in veary resnable price

My wife visited this store today evening to purchase an ethnic dress and had an horrible experience. The tailor in charge of alterations spoke in an extremely rude manner and was completely dismissive of her. At the end, he had the audacity to toss the garment and just walk away. The Sales clerks who witnessed this entire episode shall attest to this incident and were very apologetic for it. I shall be making a formal complaint to the head office of Westside (Trent Ltd). This kind of pathetic customer service is definitely not befitting of a TATA Group company. Not at all acceptable.

First of all, their return policy is weird. You have to return your clothes from the same store you bought them from. You can't return your clothes to any other Westside store. Secondly, when we went to return the clothes, they kept insisting on getting a credit note instead of just giving us a refund. What's up with that? Stop making the refund process more difficult than it should be. Finally, train your employees to speak politely with customers. -- We recently purchased a couple of shirts from Westside Malad. Unfortunately we didn't like the fit so we decided to return the shirts with the tags and proof of purchase. However, since we live in Andheri we went to Westside in Andheri West (near DN nagar Metro). However, the store employee told us that the clothes should be returned to the same store where the clothes were purchased from and that they can only issue a credit note. What is this ridiculous return policy? Most companies allow returns in any stores as long as it is within the return period, contains tags, and the bill. When we went to the Malad store, the person at the cashier was not ready to issue a refund and insisting on a credit note. We had to call his manager and then they finally issued a CASH refund. This is extremely frustrating and I would like to see a proof of this return policy. Where is this mentioned?!!! And why are you making this process so complicated for no reason?
