Showroom is okay. While invoicing they sometimes the staff trick you with some discount which is not even applicable on current purchases. It upto you to check the invoice properly else the game goes on. Breach of trust.

Male staff is roaming/working very close to female changing trial rooms. In this area they don't allow male customers then how can some male staff work there? Trials rooms have multiple mirrors and even person who is changing inside has no idea from where she is visible if gate is little open. West side kindly arrange sufficient male staff.

Nice store. It was very clean even when it was raining outside. Good options of casual wear. They have good options in accessories e.g range of perfumes/deo. They have options in home decoration also. It is great for casual wear but NO option for ethnic wear

Westside is always my best clothing shopping store.

Usually the clothes I want are not available in most stores comparable to Westside but this Westside store is better than most other stores. It has more variety and is also value for money. Recommended.

Very bad experience. Cashier denied to accept payment through HDFC credit card without swapping it on the machine. He asked for cash payment only. This was shear harrasment to ladies who wanted to use digital payment. 18 july 2023.

Staff behaviour is not good. If you ask something nicely then they will consider you dumb. Always raise your voice then only they will entertain you.

Very bad experience . Very unprofessional approach. Membership was taken 3 months back for which they commited discount will be offered for birthday months but everytime they r making fool of me. Kindly don't visit the store if you don't want to be humiliated. There is no option to give 0 star so i have given 1 star
