Westside - Hyderabad, ASRAO - Clothing store in Hyderabad, Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Always waiting for a sale cause the sale in Westside is like the best thing. And this time the sale was too good. This store is my all time favourite. I must specially thank the staff and sales guys, I don't know the names but one of them was really sweet, she showed me the best in needed size and fits. I bought 3 pairs of shoe and two ultra slim shirts which were really wow. Quite happy with the discount and the offers. The store is really well maintained with try rooms and even the billing procedure was great. Overall a nice store. Thank you

Worst shopping experience, untrained staff/ executive. Zero customer care. We had to wait for 30mins at billing counter as the staff didn't know how to operate their billing system, thy made us wait saying only the manager can resolve, and manager was not available so the customer has to wait. Card Payment was done, amt was deducted and thy could not pull the print of billed items, n thy made us wait in reverse blame the customer. .... we would never shop with thm again. Poor parking facility.

If the management is reading reviews please note this The staff is least bothered about customers. They are busy chatting and lazing around. The collection and the merchandise is top notch but without service it's of no use. All we need in this time when online shopping is a time saver is some service. I visited the store today and everyone was busy yawning.

West Side is located in As Rao Nagar. The store looked like celebrities come there to makes worth while purchases, however, for me it looked a little too dull. There were no Christmas decorations, atleast i didn't see any and there were only two floors so i think i do. The crowd seemed a little less for a beautiful store like this. It was just a well maintained, clean and crystal looking place but i felt like it didn't have a heart to it. The staffs were doing there job well but they also seemed a little underhanded. But you know what i really liked, "the entrance door". The automatic opening of the door had more welcoming character than the entire infrastructure. Hence, overall, it was an experience that i think i needed to realize that this store wasn't for everyone, but could be. So that's why it's only a 3 star for now.

Here does not available all type of varieties here less types of brands here only 3 or 4 types of brands available that also truely unknown having 3 floors but not satisfied dresses here

Poorly managed store with no pleasurable shopping experience. 1. Poor parking facility. Basement parking is available but mostly blocked by cars/motorbikes parked at the entrance. Moreover, entry and exit are same, making it risky and accident prone especially with bikes blocking half the ramp area. Moreover, parking doesnt have lift access, so anyone parking in the basement has to walk all the way up front to the main entrance from the parking. Especially uncomfortable when raining. 2. Uncaring staff who are not bothered about what customers want. Should walk a little way down to Pantaloons or even a supermarket like Ushodaya to see what customer service means. To cite an example, when we went shopping last time, the AC on one of the floors was switched off, making it uncomfortable to shop. On asking, we were told that it had been switched off on half the floor because the cash counter staff was feeling cold! Even when we complained twice about the heat, it was not switched on. Clearly the staff comfort was more important than that of customers! Needless to say, we walked out without buying anything. 3. Messy floors and entrance. Most of the time, we see piles of cartons just lying around - in the parking, at the entrance gate, on the floors! Rather unkempt place. As the caption suggests....poorly managed! Have not seen any other Westside store like this one. Thanks to this AS RAo Nagar outlet, we now avoid Westside, once our preferred shopping destination, and prefer to visit Pantaloons and Trends. 3.

Service good, wide range of clothes that fit indian women. Lousy billing. Their servers are slow. And they insult your intelligence as to paying by cards. Half an hour lost at the delay in billing. And seriously the store needs to have better billing staff

The store is good, well maintained, clean. Good collection of clothes and variety to select from.
