Owned by TATA Enterprises is one of the main reason to choose the #Westside, not only that it's provide quality fashion products. Also includes foot ware, ladies outfits and cosmetics etc. Pricing is above average level but there is no compromise in quality.
The Home decor section inside the store is also beautiful, small number of decode items including plants is the best section attractive to me.
Worst customer service
Even in a rushy situation, also they have 5 billing counters, they are not ready to assign billing staffs atleast 3 counters. So much waiting happen on the billing counter. Very bad

This is regarding hilite mall calicut westside , the worst service and customer care ever seen in any place across the state . The staffs behaviour and manners are utter failure. Never gona shop from this place again, regret taking a westside membership.. so frustrated.Really bad behaviour from staff when it comes to trial rooms . Pathetic
Very nice collection for both men and womens wear. Good quality and decent clothes. Also, if you purchase more than some amount, you may get 1 year warranty on clothes .
