I swear by westside as a durable brand but the shopping experience at this particular store was not so pleasant. Shoes and inner wear of required size was out of stock and the staff at the cash desk needs more professionalism. Thanks.

Do not like the collection here. The outfits are basically suitable for someone living in pollar region. Not suitable for people living in Mumbai and travelling to work is the horrible heat. We need more linen and cotton friendly trendy collection.

Worst Experience about Fitting room / trial room. Yesterday 6th August me and my husband stepped in Westside of Huges road around 8:30 pm, as SALE was going on and almost entire showroom was crowded. We took 3 ladies pants and went to trial room down side near showroom entry area. I came outside of the trial room to show my 2nd ladies pant to my husband, as my husband was looking for new patterns of clothes for me. That time one of one of your little fatty lady staff rudely talked to me 'jaldi kijiye. Ye closing time hai'. I told her that this is my 2nd pant only i am checking and still 1 more to check. Again 2nd time she repeated the same sentence. I checked the time, it was 8:45 pm. I immediately dropped my wish for 3rd pant trial. I went to floor manager to complain this, which was around 8:55 pm. I specifically checked my time of complaint. Point is... Is there is any specification or rule of time to enter to your showroom ? Is there is any specification or rule of time to go out of showroom ? Is there any specification or rule that customer should enter before half an hour of closing time ? Is there any specification or rule that you people entertain only customers who has bags fully loaded for trial ? Is there any specification or rule that you people DO NOT entertain customers who take clothes below 4 quantity ? Is there any specification or rule that customer can purchase or shopped endless quantity but can't use trial room many times. But end of the day disappointment came to my side only, as I had to drop my wish to purchase my favourite clothes due to closing time, fully crowded showroom and short of trial rooms. Please announce or declare your rules and regulations on your website or in newspaper also, as we are not new customer of Westside.

Awesome place for family shopping. Best clothes at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service and support. The staff is well behaved.

Decent collection in Mens top wear. I would still prefer H&M for varieties overall. The price point was competitive and the quantity was good.

Counter staff was not polite and trying to force offers generated by them to be infused .. I hope they understand not to pound things unnecessarily

I forgot to bring pajamas for 5 nights stay but I found the best place to buy with just 2min walk from the hotel! The Staff was very friendly and even she helped me to get the right size of my braThank you so much!!
