Very nice outlet having variety of clothes, shoes and home decor items. Many offers ongoing and one can find good stuff at reasonable prices. The outlet is located at garden galleria mall, one can visit this place with family and friends for shopping. Nearby entry, exit gate is number 11. Basement parking option available which costs are Rs 50 (upto 4 hours) and Rs 70( more than 4 hours) on week days and Rs 60 (upto 4 hours) and Rs 80( more than 4 hours) on weekend.
The management in this westside store is very inefficient. I was in the ladies trial room where my personal belongings were kept. I came outside to show the dress to my friend and in that meantime, a lady went inside and refused to come out even after requesting multiple times, while my personal belongings are still inside the trial room. The person outside the ladies trial room was a man who couldn't tell the lady to stop. Additionally when this issue was raised, the manager of the store did not show up to resolve the issue. Such poor management in this store, that our experience was ruined.
The woman here at the cash counter tricked us. We shopped for 10k+ which enables us to apparently get free card renewal. She charged us 299 rs (showed it later as discount of 400 - if we selected additional item worth 200 something which will cost us 100 to adjust into discount) and issued a NEW card instead. I found this whole promotion fishy and I questioned her multiple times only to be reassured. But now at another store I found out about this free renewal policy over 10k and I'm appalled. People are tricking consumers for their incentives. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
