Westside, the one stop shop for all your clothing necessities. The best thing I find interesting about this store is the ease of accessibility and ample amount of parking space. They have got all kinds of clothing from western wears, Indo-western, and Indian wears. They also have a great collection of home accessories like lamp shades, throw pillows, decorative figurines, cups and saucers, cute kitchen utensils etc. They also offer free alteration facilities for the clothes you buy. There's a wide range of collections for kids as well. They also offer their brand owned Perfumes, Sandals, Shoes, Make-up kits etc. A must clothing store in Kottayam. Thanks!

I had the most wonderful experience shopping at the Westside. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Interesting! In a city where parking is the issue, even minimal parking may look like luxury. Most people write about "plenty" parking spaces about the space for about 12 to 14 cars say 16. Now "The Good" . The showroom is genuinely very good. It has a heart- warming range of stuff at pretty affordable ranges. They have some sale promotion stuff also. I liked the ambiance. The layout also is conducive to buying. The negatives now. The staff in general is NOT proactive and NOT one person came forward to ask or offer help. We had to find someone to ask. Ms Paravthi whom we found at the end trying to find the billing counter was helpful. Compliments to her. The billing at the first floor was closed and the staff there though saw us trying to get there didn't even bother to direct us till I shouted out across the barricade! A simple signboard saying billing down could have done the work. Management issues. There is an elevator to go down. The single file escalator is actually a put off and can be a bottle neck once sales pick up. Ms Nair at the billing counter was also helpful. Even with the rush at the counter only two out of the three present were functional. Later on a lady came to operate it. Signages for the toilet could not be seen anywhere. With modern shopping facilities restrooms should be provided and obviously visible signage posted. I am sure the management would look into it. But surely a place to visit. I will be going again. It's worth the visit

Tata really did a good job with new showroom for kottyam. Ample car parking and salesman are so genuine and have enough knowledge on what they do.Best clothing store in kottayam well arranged enough collections and am really happy with the service. So clean and so premium feel with affordable pricing.

Quality is assured for the price we pay.. One thing I didn't like in the store was, I have been to their outlet in Lulu Kochi, and there the clothes are arranged on the basis of colour. That will save a lot of time.. Here, these kinda arrangements were lacking..
