This place is Fiza mall has huge variies of clothes for both men & women. The ments section is on the upper ground floor and womens on the lower ground floor. We had been to the womens section and actually found what we were looking for. We wanted womens formals for my wife and found it in westside which we could not find anywhere. The choices are good though it is a bit pricey. Expecting the quality also to be very good.

Bad experience: Scammed me during billing time. The cashier told me my membership card has expired. Hence asked me for alternate number having membership. But told me that is also expired (But this other card was used 2 weeks back in the same Westside; same above thing happened). So, I explicitly refused for renewal of membership and on receiving the bill found that she renewed it. On questioning, remained mute like a rock. I don't want your DISCOUNT after fooling me. What sort of customer service is this?? Are you trying to fool people? PLEASE , PEOPLE CHECK YOUR BILL PROPERLY BEFORE U LEAVE! ! !

One of the finest cloth shop in Mangalore. West side offers a wide range of clothes for teenage boys and girls to men and women. They have two separate floors one is for girls/women's section and the top floor is for boys/men's section. The interior is nice, the clothes are well organised so it's easy to find one and the salesperson are so good towards us and you won't even see a slight change in their behaviour when you don't purchase not even a cloth after trying out so many outfits, they make you feel welcomed and make your shopping experience enjoying and satisfying.
Good collections with friendly staff. Very helpful and cooperative. Mostly tata brands with affordable prices. Good to go during offers.

The staff is always confused about the membership first they told that the members get discount if they shop within 3months of their birthday and there is no charge for card then they charged for it And next time when we did shopping they told that the discount is only for birthday month
