After visiting Max and trends with not do good collection, I was happy to be at Westside. They have quality cloths from all the good brands with reasonable pricing. Shop is huge, spacious and well organized. Ample amount of trial rooms available as well. Staff were helpful and billing took place without much hassle. Overall I always like the pleasant shopping experience at Westside.

Staffs were very rude and speaking in a hostile tone. We were taking pictures of ourselves using the mirrors fixed inside the showroom and one lady staff forcefully stopped as just like we were stealing something from her own. She was not in a polite tone or soft. Her face itself says she is not apt for coustomer service. Very very rude lady. This should not be the way to treat the customers. Been to many Westside showrooms in different cities and Mangalore has the worst lady customer service staffs. If I could give less than one star i would give that rating for Mangalore Westside.

Today I walked in with my friends and as we stepped in the watchman very rudely asks us to go out just because we were a bunch of friends around 15 yrs and the reason behind that was because he thought that we were only there to take selfies and not purchase anything. I don't feel there was any necessity for him to judge us like that and irrespective of our age he shouldn't have behaved that way. Very disappointed with this behaviour towards customers

Very bad customer service. I was in the queue for billing and when it was my turn to bill, the cashier vinay ignored me and called the customer from another queue in front of me. I was shocked seeing this happen. I addressed this issue with customer service. They apologised for this behavior. Regardless it was very disrespectful and wasted my time for someone else's negligence. Please work on your public relations.

Staff are very inefficient at the counter. Very slow billing process. The place is not ventilated. Very less trial rooms without proper ventilation. There is no water facility even after waiting in the queue for a long time for the trial room. This has to be improved, especially during weekends in summer.
