Excellent brand and very good collection neatly arranged array of ethinic and modern dress. But I am utterly disappointed with my repeated visits to the Westside branch at Madannada. The staff's attitude has consistently been unhelpful and inattentive, making every visit an unpleasant experience. On several occasions, I noticed that the staff seemed more interested in engaging in personal discussions amongst themselves rather than assisting customers. It's disheartening to witness them grouped in different spaces, engaged in severe discussions while customers stand around waiting for assistance. The most frustrating part is during the billing process. Whenever I approach the billing counter, someone from the staff rushes to put their staff number against my bill, without even asking if I need help or providing any sort of assistance. It feels as if they are more concerned about taking credit for transactions rather than ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Moreover, when seeking assistance for a purchase, it was evident that the staff was disinterested in helping. They seemed more focused on group discussions and lacked the knowledge or willingness to guide customers with their queries or provide useful recommendations. I strongly believe that the management of this Westside branch should take immediate action to address these issues. Proper training sessions should be conducted to educate the staff on how to behave professionally and handle customers with respect and attentiveness. Customer satisfaction should be their priority, not personal conversations or internal competition. I regret having wasted my time and money at this Westside branch and will be hesitant to return or recommend it to others until there are significant improvements in their customer service. It's unfortunate that such a well-known brand allows its reputation to be tarnished by a poorly managed branch.

An ok place to shop for clothing for men,women and children. Good customer service upon my experience. Apart from men and women's clothing, a floor is dedicated to children's which is on the first floor. Good collection with affordable pricing, the staff were helpful and patient with us.

There is a good variety of tops , but we didnt quite like most of them. It is just a personal opinion about this place and may not be the same for everyone..

They get new collections every Friday. Parking in the front is good. But their underground parking is too narrow. It'd be nice if the staff could act a bit more professional.

Good selection of different kinds of clothes. This probably has everything you're looking for. Quality seems good too. Although, we couldn't find jockey briefs here.

Quality items with high rates. There is parking space. Which is good since considering the parking spaces in the area. MVDs are looking for a vehicle to give ticket. Different cloths are available. We bought baby dress. Very good quality dresses available.

Nice collection, ample parking. I reduced one star because some of the staffs are not trained well, they are not customer friendly. I didn't understand why they are simply standing there for long time.

The staff donot disturb or make uncomfortable while our shopping but when ever we call them they are very attentive, and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. What I appreciate the most is the variety of brands and affordable pricing, which makes Westside an excellent value for money. The store's ambiance is inviting and aesthetically pleasing, creating a pleasant shopping environment. In few visits disappointed because new varieties are less but ASAP they add new varieties of stocks. In summary, Westside in Kollam is a fantastic place to shop for fashion, offering quality, value, and a delightful shopping atmosphere. It's one of my go-to places for clothing and accessories in the city.
